Vegan Rice Krispy Bars
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6-8 cups puffed rice cereal
• Put the corn syrup and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and puffed rice.
• Press into a greased 9×9-inch pan and cool. Cut into bars.
Makes about a dozen bars
