Roasted Potatoes

- 1 lb assorted baby potatoes
- 2 tsp. Schilling Garlic and Herb Seasoning or other seasoning mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Scrub the potatoes and cut them into strips.
- Lightly spray a 9-inch-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and spread the potatoes in it. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to mix. Bake until tender when pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
