Quick Pickled Red Onion

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp.  sugar
  • 1 small red onion, minced

Instructions

  • Combine the lime juice and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Add the onion and toss until well coated.

Makes approximately 1/2 cup
