Quick and Easy Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Cupcakes

- 1 box spiced cake mix
- 1 15-oz. can pumpkin purée
Instructions
- Mix the two ingredients together with a splash of water and place in cupcake liners.
- Bake according to the box instructions. When a toothpick or knife comes out clean, remove from the oven and let cool.
- Top with your favorite icing or try our own Tofu Cream Frosting!
