12 Thin Mints
12 Vegan Marshmallows (Try Dandies or Trader Joe’s brand!)

Instructions

Carefully roast the marshmallow halves over a gas stove or camp fire or using a kitchen torch.
Squish each between two Thin Mint cookies, and enjoy!
