Guacamole
4 medium, very ripe Haas avocados, peeled and minced
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. sea salt
• In a large bowl, mash all the ingredients together with a potato masher until well combined.
Makes 3 1/2 cups
