Dairy-Free Cashew Sour Cream

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner consistency, add some water and blend again.
Makes about 1 cup
