Ingredients

1 lb. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. coconut cream
1/2 cup vegan butter, softened

Instructions

Whip all ingredients together using a hand mixer.

Makes 2 cups

Variation: Replace the coconut cream with 1/4 cup raspberry purée or 1 Tbsp. lime juice and 1 Tbsp. lime rind.
