Corn Bread

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the oil and soy milk and mix well.
- Pour into a lightly oiled 8-by-8-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes.
