- 1 Tbsp. vegan mayo
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 slices bread
- 1-2 slices vegan cheese (try Follow Your Heart brand)
- 1-3 slices tomato
- 1-3 slices pickle
- 1-2 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Spread the vegan mayo and mustard onto the bread.
- Place the remaining ingredients on 1 slice of bread then top with the other slice.
- Enjoy!
