Ingredients

  • Premade little filo dough shells (Athens brand)

  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp. almond extract

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/2 cup vegan honey

  • 4 Tbsp. soft tofu

  • 1 Tbsp. amaretto

  • Squeeze lemon

  • Pinch salt

Directions

  • Defrost the filo dough shells.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spoon the filling into the shells and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
