More than 5,000 beauty companies have joined PETA’s Global Beauty Without Bunnies program since it began. There are so many great brands to choose from, but we’re highlighting a few that we know you’ll love. These 15 companies are cruelty-free, which means they don’t use any animal-derived ingredients in their products or test on animals.
Animal test–free companies can sign up with the program to be included in our Global Beauty Without Bunnies database, which is the ultimate resource for conscientious shoppers. Simply type a company’s name in the search field to see whether it’s naughty or nice to animals.
Companies that join can also proudly display one of these logos on their products:
“Animal test–free” means that products were created without cruel, archaic tests on animals. Vegan products are defined as being free of animal-derived ingredients. More than 500 companies in our database are 100% vegan!

This 100% vegan company offers skincare, makeup, and body products.
2. Rare Beauty
Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty brand sells foundation in 48 shades, bronzers that will make you glow, and so much more.
3. KVD Beauty
KVD Beauty’s moisturizing foundations and concealers come in a variety of shades to match all skin tones.
4. e.l.f. Cosmetics
The super-affordable products of this vegan makeup brand can be found on drugstore shelves. e.l.f. Cosmetics also launched a coffee- and doughnut-inspired collaboration with Dunkin’, including a coffee lip scrub, a sprinkle doughnut face sponge, and three mini eyeshadow palettes.
