Brothers Chad and Derek Sarno, the chefs who cofounded Wicked Kitchen, have made a mark on the vegan culinary scene since they launched the company in 2018. Their mission? To save animals and the planet by encouraging everyone to eat more plants. They’re doing that by sharing wickedly good recipes and creating a line of vegan products that are stocked in grocery stores in the U.S., the U.K., and beyond.
In the U.S., Wicked Kitchen products include frozen ready meals like Peng Panang Tofu Curry, frozen pizzas, Mac & Cheeze, quick-cooking meal pots, and dreamy frozen desserts like S’mores Cones and Birthday Cake Ice Cream. These items and others can be found at grocery chains, including H-E-B, Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market, Target, and Walmart.
In 2022, Wicked Kitchen acquired vegan seafood brand Good Catch, which makes breaded fish-free fillets, “salmon” burgers, crabless cakes, flaky vegan tuna, and more.
All these products are vegan, which means they’re free from any animal-derived ingredients, including meat, eggs, dairy, and honey. Going vegan is the best thing you can do to save animals, slow the climate catastrophe, and improve your own health—actions that align with Wicked Kitchen’s mission.
The Sarno brothers also share recipes on their website and social media pages and in The Wicked Healthy Cookbook: Free. From. Animals., so you can always find a new dish to whip up.
