Featuring a sunflower seed broth, meaty mushrooms, and even an “egg” made from soy milk and nutritional yeast, Ramen Hood has opened to the excitement of Los Angeles foodies.
The ramen stand is located in Grand Central Market, just a hop, skip, and a jump away from L.A.’s Little Tokyo neighborhood. It offers many delicious side dishes, too, including fried broccoli with a soy and malt vinegar sauce, pickled vegetables, and fried tofu smothered in a red al pastor sauce.
It also offers a gluten-free option for every dish.
Ramen Hood is open from 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. daily and plans to expand its menu and hours soon.
Enjoy!
