6.05.170 Animal restraints.

(c) Animals tethered in their own yard shall have access to adequate shelter for current weather conditions and water.

(1) Animal may not be tethered in any yard longer than 12 hours in a 24-hour period.

(2) All tethers shall be no less than 10 feet in length and may not extend past the owner’s property limits.
