§ 52-3 Restrictions on tethering of dogs.

  1. An unattended dog may not be tethered longer than one consecutive hour in a twenty-four-hour period.
  2. In the event of any violation of Subsection A, above, the violator will:

(1) Receive a written warning for the first violation; and

(2) Receive a citation for any subsequent violations, as set forth in Code § 52-12.
