Quintana Roo, Mexico, Prohibits Wildlife Exhibitions in Public Spaces

The state of Quintana Roo, Mexico—one of the top tourist areas in the country—has prohibited wildlife exhibitions in public areas, which will prevent many wild animals from being forced to pose for photos with tourists. This success was the result of a combined effort led by PETA Latino and Mexican animal rights group Animal Heroes.

Margate, Florida, Passes Ordinance Restricting Animal Displays
