PETA’s cow mascot attended the marijuana seed giveaway in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, but he didn’t pick up any freebies—he gave them out. Our “cow” handed out free vegan starter kits, vegan munchies, and our famous “Say No to Pot (Roast)” stickers.
