Check It Out: Chloe Coscarelli Shares Some Vegan Flavor With PETA
Finally, the much-anticipated, latest cookbook by chef and general expert on vegan deliciousness Chloe Coscarelli—Chloe Flavor—is here! To celebrate, she stopped by PETA’s Bob Barker building for a book signing and a cupcake-making demo—but not before taking part in a Q&A session with actor and fellow vegan Harley Quinn Smith.
Check out these photos from the remarkable evening:
For over a decade, Chloe has been a powerhouse in the vegan revolution. The author of four cookbooks, she was the first vegan to win a Food Network cooking competition when she took first prize in Cupcake Wars, and her prowess has even landed her a spot on the Forbes 2017 “30 Under 30” list.
Her new book features dishes that would probably blow the minds of even the most stubborn flesh-eaters. With dishes like Maple Bacon Benedict and Cajun Jambalaya with Scallion Biscuits, we can’t wait to try every one of these fun and tantalizing recipes. And just to save you a Google search, you can order a copy of Chloe Flavor right here.

OK, so we may not all be in the running to become a world-class master chef, but we can all go vegan today. Eating vegan can help slim your waistline, improve your health, save the planet, and, best of all, spare the lives of over 100 animals a year. With so many delicious and creative vegan recipes out there, there’s no excuse to eat animals (or their secretions).
