Buffy Has Slayed All the Vampires. Now She’s Coming for You.
Halloween is coming, and you know what that means: Lots of ghouls and goblins and other scary things that go “boo” in the night. Fortunately, we have a crack team of ghost-busting kittens standing by who are eager to come to your house and chase all the spooky specters away.
Buffy the vampire-slaying kitten and her friends came to PETA when their guardians called us for help finding them homes. Buffy and her sister, Willow, are about 4 months old. Not only are the sisters experts at vanquishing vampires—jingly-bell toys, dangly strings, and paper bags don’t stand a chance, either.
The other set of Nosferatu-snuffing siblings, Xander and Anya, are a little younger—about 10 weeks old. But they are already such experts at disemboweling catnip-stuffed “mice” that Rupert Giles would bust his buttons with pride.
At first, Xander and Anya’s guardian told us that she would find a home for Anya herself. But when a PETA fieldworker arrived at her home to pick up the kittens’ mother for her appointment at our low- to no-cost spay/neuter clinic, Anya still hadn’t been placed yet, so we scooped her up, and she was reunited with her brother as well as his cool new friends Buffy and Willow.
If you have any pesky blood-suckers in need of exterminating—or dust bunnies in need of chasing or laps in need of warming—we’re sure these spunky kittens would be glad to be of service.
