Are you ready for our second 10% Wool “Tag and Release” contest? We hope so! For those of you who missed the debut, here’s how it works: You submit the caption for this week’s comic in the comment section below, and the person whose comment is most fitting for the strip will receive a prize. This week we are giving away a PETA ceramic coffee mug!
