Einstein Bros., Bruegger’s, and Noah’s Launch Nationwide Vegan Cream Cheese Test

Einstein Bros. Bagels (the largest bagel chain in the U.S.), Bruegger’s, and Noah’s New York Bagels went nationwide with Daiya vegan cream cheese for a trial period at hundreds of locations. PETA has been urging the company to do this since 2015, including with a letter from actor Lisa Edelstein and a petition.
