Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Is Launching Cauliflower Steak
Following talks with PETA, fine-dining chain Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse is adding a new vegan entrée to its menu: Roasted Heirloom Cauliflower Steak, made with a roasted slab of cauliflower served with ginger-soy maitake mushrooms, farro, charred asparagus, cilantro chimichurri, and tomato vinaigrette. It will be available on the lunch and dinner menus beginning on October 2, 2019.
