Winners Department Store Chain Bans Fur

After years of massive pressure from PETA and other activists—including after hearing from more than 90,000 of our members and supporters worldwide—the department store chain Winners, which is owned by TJX Companies, is going fur-free. This latest ban marks TJX Companies’ transition to being 100% fur-free at all of its 4,500 locations around the world. However, it continues to support the cruel angora industry, in which workers repeatedly rip fur out of rabbits’ sensitive skin while they scream in terror. We’re urging everyone to take action for rabbits by encouraging TJX Companies to ban angora from being sold at all of its stores.
