Sharon and Chameli

PETA India found Sharon and Chameleon collapsed in the middle of a highway as cars and buses barreled past them. Veterinarians provided the dehydrated calves with water and sugarcane tops and administered intravenous fluids. Both recovered from the ordeal and now enjoy happy, peaceful lives at Animal Rahat’s sanctuary in the company of three other rescued calves, their good friends Lalu, Mahesh, and Lakhan.
