Starving and Neglected Dobermans Rescued From North Carolina

On a recent trip to North Carolina, PETA’s Community Animal Project persuaded the owner of two emaciated Dobermans to relinquish custody. The dogs were in a pen with no food or water and only a dilapidated house for shelter. It had been so long since they had been fed that there weren’t any feces in their pen, and their combined weight equaled the weight of one healthy Doberman.
