Kentucky Horse Trainer Charged With Cruelty

Thanks to pressure from PETA, justice was served in Pike County, Kentucky. Cruelty charges were filed and then allegedly dismissed against a horse trainer who castrated a horse without anesthetics. But we contacted the prosecuting attorney, and now both the horse owner and technician who did the castration have been charged with second-degree cruelty to animals.
