This masterful creation packs more than 14 grams of whole grains, 14 grams of protein, and 6 grams of fiber per serving—just what you need to power through your morning.
Kelly Swette, Sweet Earth’s CEO and founder, explains the genesis of the sandwich: “[Chickpea flour] would serve as our base, but why not make it a little spicy to kick-up one’s metabolism in the morning, like adding cayenne pepper to your lemon water?”
