Carson & Barnes Circus Permit Rejected in Nebraska City

After PETA wrote to the City Council about the circus’s past violations, the notorious Carson & Barnes Circus was denied a permit that would let it perform in a Nebraska city. The council voted to reject the permit and stated that it was concerned about the risk to the community.
