Humane, Natural, and Organic Animal and Insect Control
Ants, cockroaches, wasps, and bees are fascinating animals who play a vital role in the ecosystem and provide many beneficial “services,” including pollinating fruits and vegetables and defending trees against harmful insects. Ants, wasps, and bees cooperate with their colonies and hivemates to find food and defend their homes against predators. Cockroaches are extremely adaptive and have been on Earth for approximately 400 million years.
If ants, cockroaches, wasps, or bees are calling your house “home,” there’s no need to resort to cruel and toxic pesticides or traps. Like all animals, these tiny beings suffer when they are poisoned, trapped, or otherwise killed. Pesticides can be hazardous to humans and other animals and, like all killing methods, don’t solve the problem, since more insects will soon move in to fill the vacancy left by those who were killed.
Humane control methods—including removing food and water sources, sealing entry points, and repelling insects with safe and natural substances that you probably already have in your home—are much kinder and will keep “uninvited guests” out for good. Learn more about these interesting insects and how you can coexist peacefully with them.
