I love to bake, and I love desserts, but honestly—where’s the time? Sure, sometimes it’s nice to bake a tray of cookies in the oven like the good old days but plugging in the air fryer and pressing ‘start’ can be just as satisfying. The smarties on TikTok have found a way to air fry just about anything, but these six vegan air fryer desserts really blew my mind.

These desserts are really easy but they’re also great conversation starters. People ask how I make them and the air fryer isn’t the shocker—people are amazed that they don’t contain eggs, milk, or anything else from an animal. It can be hard to convey how chickens, cows, pigs, fish, and other animals used for food suffer, but I find that good food always helps open hearts and minds.

My Favorite Vegan Air Fryer Desserts

6. Vegan Peach Cobbler

Let’s be real—there’s something about peaches that feels… cheeky, right? Maybe it’s that juicy sweetness or the fact that they’re the emoji of choice for a certain asset.

All jokes aside, this cobbler is basically a warm hug with just a little bit of bottoms-up attitude. 🍑

You’ll need sliced peaches and the following ingredients:

  • Brown Sugar
  • Cornstarch
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Vegan Butter

5. Vegan Churros

I’m a royal mess when I fry things in oil, so this air fryer method was made for me (thank you, TikTok). Although, if you’re a master fry cook, I highly recommend PETA’s recipe for vegan churros!

For the air fryer churros, you’ll only need three ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • two tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup water (boil it first)

You can make a cinnamon sugar topping with 1 part cinnamon and eight parts sugar.

Air-Fryer Churros (eggless) 🌱Follow @theconsciousplantkitchen for more Easy Baking It’s almost Cinco de Mayo, and what’s better than churros to celebrate? After baking so many types of dough in my air fryer like my banana donut holes, or 2-ingredient donuts, I thought it was time to experiment with churros. Churros are similar to Vegan Beignets, but the dough doesn’t require any yeast so they are much easier to whip up.I can guarantee everyone will love them, and nobody will guess it’s a better-for-you recipe and it’s: >Healthier – less oil than deep-fried churros, which means fewer calories and less saturated fat. >Faster – You don’t have prewarm oil or discard a large amount of oil at the end. >Egg-free >Dairy-free >Just 3 ingredients for the dough . 4. Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rollups

I love these because the roll is a tortilla, a vegan staple I always have but never use enough of. Many flour tortillas are vegan but check the package to play it safe.

In addition to the tortillas, you’ll need a tablespoon of vegan cream cheese, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, and a tablespoon of sugar.

@veganfoodcrazy

I kind of have a problem .. I like warm desserts but I’m not a big baker. I’m not looking to put the oven on and spend a long time making a cake and cookies and cupcakes and things like that ..that’s not me but I do like to make these warm sweet roll ups in my fryer that take literally minutes and satisfy my sweet tooth every single time. If if, for some strange reason, you are not a pumpkin 🎃 fan then leave it out. You can also add any other ingredients that you want re 🌱Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rollups🌱 1 tbsp finely ground sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 low carb tortilla 1 tbsp vegan cream cheese In a small bowl or jar, stir together the sugar , cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. 3. Vegan Air Fryer Brownies

This reminded me of the mug brownies that I would make in the microwave, but I think the air fryer method is better.

Start with six tablespoons of flour and two-thirds of a cup of cocoa powder, then add a quarter cup of sugar, oil, and a sprinkle of salt.

2. Vegan Air Fried Sandwich Cookies

I used to work at a restaurant that deep-fried sandwich cookies, and let me tell you—it’s rocket science. I think I still have some oil burns! But this TikTok hack is so easy, it only requires two ingredients:

  • one roll of vegan crescent rolls (the original Pillsbury crescent rolls are “accidentally” vegan!)
  • 8 sandwich cookies

1. Vegan Air Fryer S’mores

S’mores in an air fryer? Believe it, friends.

The s’mores are super simple: You only need three ingredients: vegan wafer crackers, vegan marshmallows, and vegan chocolate chips.

Vegan marshmallows don’t contain gelatin, a protein procured by boiling animal skin, tendons, cartilage, ligaments, and/or bones in water. It’s usually obtained from cows, pigs, or fish. I like Dandies brand and Trader Joe’s marshmallows.

If you’re a fan of fancy food, you can add the cookie topping. You’ll need vegan butter, vegan milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
