Spiced Cider
1 gallon apple cider
1 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 Tbsp. agave nectar
1 orange, thinly sliced
• Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Cover. Heat to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
• Strain into a large punch bowl. Serve hot or cold.
