Amaretto Almond Tarts

- Premade little filo dough shells (Athens brand)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup vegan honey
- 4 Tbsp. soft tofu
- 1 Tbsp. amaretto
- Squeeze lemon
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Defrost the filo dough shells.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon the filling into the shells and bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
