U.S. Navy Kills Animals in Cruel Decompression Tests

The U.S. Navy is paying experimenters to squeeze the life out of animals in crude and often deadly decompression sickness and oxygen toxicity experiments, even though the navies of the U.K. and France have banned such tests. PETA is urging the U.S. Navy to sink these pointless experiments now, and we need your help!

navy sheep experiments
Documents obtained by PETA show that the gruesome decompression experiments on sheep that the U.S. Navy had been funding at the University of Wisconsin–Madison have been abruptly stopped years ahead of schedule, following PETA’s letter to the secretary of the Navy. But the military branch is still testing on other animals.
