Pumpkin Pudding Pie
15-oz. can pumpkin
1 1/3 cups nondairy creamer
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
Egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a lightly greased slow cooker.
• Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
